South Africa will welcome internationally renowned women’s leadership coach and visionary Cathy Coyle for a rare, one-day immersive experience, The Cocoon, taking place on Sunday, 26 April 2026 at the Retreat Centre at Boschendal Wine Estate.
In a cultural moment where burnout, identity shifts and leadership fatigue are increasingly prevalent among women, The Cocoon offers a grounded yet visionary space for embodied transformation. This is Cathy Coyle’s first immersive experience of this nature on South African soil.
A respected women’s leadership mentor and PhD candidate in transpersonal and integral psychology, Coyle’s work bridges somatic intelligence, ecological awareness and consciousness studies. She is known internationally for guiding women through significant life and leadership transitions – integrating the mythic, the scientific and the deeply embodied.
The Cocoon is designed as a living architecture for transformation. Drawing inspiration from the natural cocoon – a site of intelligent re-patterning where old forms dissolve and new capacities quietly assemble – the day invites participants into a protected field of nervous system regulation, somatic listening, ecological sensing and subtle shifts in consciousness.
Rather than offering prescriptive solutions, the immersion creates conditions for inner reorganisation. Through guided breathwork, embodied awareness practices and visionary praxis, women are supported to access deeper perceptual intelligence and reorient from the inside out.
Hosted by Manifest Productions, a Cape Town-based initiative that brings international thought leaders to South Africa, the event includes a seasonal soil-to-fork lunch and is intentionally limited in size to maintain intimacy and depth.
This experience is intended for women navigating meaningful transitions – leaders, creatives and visionaries who sense they are between versions of themselves and are seeking grounded yet expansive support.
